Balloon Innovations 3-Step Returns

Our products are covered under a 30-Day Warranty starting from the day your order is delivered. If there are any defects with your order within those first 30 days, simply contact our Customer Support team so that we can get a replacement sent immediately. This return policy does not apply towards closeouts, clearance, discontinued, or custom printed items. All items are subject to review by Balloon Innovations to determine the possibility of non-replaceable returns due to outside influences such as mishandling of the product, vandalism, or excessive wear. Costs incurred to return/exchange items will be deducted from the total refund amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

All clearance, discounted, custom printed items, or orders older than 30 days are final sale and are not eligible for return. Returns filed for reasons not at the fault of Balloon Innovations such as no longer needed or the wrong item purchased will have the return amount of the product deducted from the amount refunded for your order. As is our policy for replacements, all items are subject to review by Balloon Innovations. 

Balloon Innovations is at liberty to deduct return shipping fees from the final refunded amount for returns incorrectly categorized as damaged by Balloon Innovations or in transit, including missing items, at their discretion.
