Warranty

Our products are covered under a standard 30-day warranty unless otherwise specified in the product's description. This return policy does not apply to closeouts, clearance, discontinued, or customized items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Costs incurred to return/exchange items will be deducted from the total refund amount. Items are subject to review by Balloon Innovations to determine the possibility of non-replaceable returns due to outside influences such as vandalism or excessive wear.
